The mid-size mortar deploys with a 650mm tube, a mount assembly (bi-pod) and base plate. It is fitted with an HO19 sight and is a unique design which can be used in daylight or the built in illumination allows this sight to be used at night. The design and accurately machined weapon/sight interface ensures that sights can be interchanged between weapons without realignment while maintaining the accuracy. The firing pin is currently fixed. The mortar fires all types of standard 60mm mortar ammunition.
