If it happens that we are unable to fulfil any order at the advertised price because stock is sold out, we will inform you via email and you will be entitled to a reimbursement for the rand value you have paid for such product.

Products can not be reserved to be bought at a later stage, placing an item in your cart without completing the order does not constitute a “sale”. This means that we may remove any products from your cart before the sale takes place, in the event of the product going out of stock. We cannot be held responsible if the products you added to your cart have become unavailable when you try to complete the sale.
7. PRICING
The price of each product is given on the site. The price reflecting on the site is the regular wholesale price that Truvelo Specialised Manufacturing charges for the product.
In the event of Truvelo Specialised Manufacturing having a sale or running a promotion on specific products on site the discontinued price as well as the regular retail price will be shown on site. All prices are excluding transport fees and firearms must be collected from our premises unless other arrangements have been made.
8. PAYMENT
Payment options:
By bank transfers (EFT) into our bank account, the details of which we be provided on request.
Responsibility:
We take no responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sales of goods and services on the website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
9. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information made online. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration day, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.

11. REFUSAL, LIMITAION AND CANCELLATION ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse processing of payment for any order and/r cancel any purchase, partially or completed, with notice given to you. We will be liable for reimbursing you the Rand value paid, only if you have already paid for the cancelled order.
We reserve the right, in the interest of preventing fraud, to refuse the processing of payment for any order and/or cancel any purchase, partially or completely. We may request documentation to complete the necessary fraud checks and cancel any cancel any order where the necessary documents are not provided in a timely manner.
12. RETURNS
We warrant that all our products will be free of defects at the time of shipping. These warrants are all subject to the manufacture’s warranties.
Any of our products that become faulty during the warranty period may be returned for us to arrange repair or replacement. As soon as we have been contacted by you to facilitate return of the product to us, we will provide you with the necessary return details.
Should a product be found faulty within 7 (seven) days from having received your order, we will collect and return the product.
Should the product be faulty or become faulty after the 7 (seven) days from having received your order and where the product still falls under the warranty period, the cost of returning the faulty product will be for your own account and we will cover the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product back to you.
If you not entirely satisfied with the product you have received, you may return the product within 7 (seven) days after date of delivery. The returned product should however be returned in its original packaging and condition. After receipt of the return product the manufacturer will inspect the product and determine if it is in its original packaging and condition.
Warranty
With peace of mind, we offer a manufacturer’s 1 (one) year warranty on all our products. Subject to terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, Truvelo Specialised Manufacturing, Inc. guarantees its firearms against defects in materials and workmanship that adversely affect our operation for a period of (one) year from the date of the original purchase by the initial consumer. This warranty is only valid for firearms purchased and used in South Africa.
Limitations of Warranty:
• This warranty applies only to Truvelo Specialised Manufacturing firearms
• This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable
• This warranty does not apply to any accessory items attached or appurtenant to the firearm.
Truvelo Specialised Manufacturing will revoke the warranty and will not be responsible for:
12.1 Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorised adjustments, or modifications.
12.2 Use of defective or improper ammunition, reloaded ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear or unreasonable use.
12.3 Criminal misuse, negligence ore use under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
12.4 Accuracy is not included in this warranty.
12.5 This warranty covers the firearm against manufacturers defects only.
12.6 Barrel obstruction.
12.7 Rust.
12.8 The use of suppressors not recommended by Blu Badger.
